At any rate, Josh was here yesterday to rectify the creaking in the duct work and free up the registers in my house. Josh was very professional, had a great work ethic, and was very intent on solving the issues. The result was that he, in fact, did solve all of the issues, thanks. Please pass on to Josh that he was everything that I had indicated about him above. Thanks again for your attention to my situation.
